TCM Salutes June Allyson

Turner Classic Movies (TCM) is paying tribute to the late June Allyson today by showing a few of her movies this afternoon. If you have the chance, tune in to be entertained. Unfortunately I didn't discover this in time to catch the first several movies or their Private Screenings show with her. Private Screenings, an original TCM production, involves host Robert Osborne interviewing classic Hollywood stars. Maybe they'll re-broadcast this soon.

They are also showing June's Little Women and Good News this afternoon. Of the two, I prefer Little Women. I hope TCM will show even more of her movies real soon.

Buddy Here's Reggie's new cousin, a.k.a. Buddy. Buddy, my brother's new dog, is an 8-week old Border Collie. As you can see he is adorable! He's also very sweet and alert. Not too stupid either...it's been horribly hot here and he's camped out on an a/c vent! But watch out, Buddy...
